The Yamaha Tio1608-D is a Dante-equipped I/O rack that expands the input and output capabilities of compatible Yamaha digital mixers. It is a 2U rack-mountable unit that provides 16 mic/line inputs and 8 line outputs.
Compatibility
The Tio1608-D and Tio1608-D2 are designed to work with various Yamaha digital mixers and software via a Dante network.
TF series: You can connect up to three Tio racks to a TF series console, such as the TF1, TF3, or TF5, using an optional NY64-D Dante expansion card.
DM3 series: DM3 series mixers can connect to a single Tio rack.
CL/QL series: The Tio racks can be connected to CL and QL series mixers via Dante Controller software for patching, with gain remotely controllable via the “R Remote” software.
High-end consoles: The Tio1608-D2’s 96kHz support makes it suitable for use with larger systems like the RIVAGE PM or DME7.
