Engineered for wind instruments: The system includes a custom unidirectional electret condenser microphone with a patented, shock-absorbing gooseneck design. This design is intended to minimize unwanted resonance and key clicks, isolating the microphone from mechanical vibrations. The transmitter uses a secure, instrument-friendly clamp to attach to the bell of the instrument.
High-quality audio and low latency: The B-6 Pro delivers professional-grade 24-bit/48kHz audio with a low latency of just 3.6ms in its “Low Latency” mode. It also features “Intelligent Frequency Hopping” technology to automatically find and switch to the most stable signal, ensuring seamless and interference-free transmission.
EQ presets: The system comes with 13 professionally tuned EQ presets tailored for various wind instruments, including different saxophones and trumpets. This allows users to quickly select a preset to achieve a balanced, clear tone.
Extended battery life and magnetic charging: The transmitter has a battery life of up to 7 hours, while the receiver can last up to 11 hours on a single charge. The transmitter can be recharged by docking it magnetically on top of the receiver, which itself is powered by a 9V DC power adapter.
Versatile functions: The B-6 Pro has a digital tuner, a booster effect, and send/return functionality, all of which can be controlled via a footswitch. A USB-C port also allows for direct digital audio recording to a mobile device or computer.
