The Yamaha CYAT500 cymbal attachment is a straight arm designed to mount electronic cymbal pads onto a drum rack system, specifically for use with Yamaha DTX electronic drum kits. It is not a standalone cymbal stand.

Function: It is an attachment arm used to expand an existing electronic drum kit, allowing for the addition of an extra cymbal pad.
Compatibility:
Designed for use with Yamaha cymbal pads such as the PCY155, PCY135, PCY100, and PCY65.
Includes a clamp to mount onto drum racks with a standard 1.5-inch (38mm) diameter. An included adapter makes it also compatible with smaller pipe diameters (22.2 mm to 16.0 mm) for use with other hardware products.
It is compatible with all DTX drums drum racks except the HEXRACK series.
Design: It is a straight, chrome-plated metal arm, approximately 48cm (~19 inches) in length. It does not offer the same extensive angle adjustments as a boom arm.
Included Accessories: It comes with the rack clamp, cymbal support, and felt washers. The anti-rotation stopper for the cymbal pad itself is included with the cymbal pad, not the arm.
