The CS-115 Delegates Microphone is the control unit for the CS-115 series conference system. While the delegate units (CS-115D) are for participants, the chairman unit (CS-115C) includes a dedicated priority button to manage the flow of the meeting.
Key Chairman Functions
- Priority Control: The chairman can press the PRIORITY button to temporarily or permanently mute/switch off all active delegate microphones to take control of the floor.
- Approval Authority: In certain system modes, the chairman has the ability to approve speaking requests from delegates.
- Always-On Status: Unlike delegate units, which may be restricted by the system’s “Maximum Active Mics” limit (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 at a time), the chairman unit can typically be activated freely at any time.
